With or without general leasholders, A and B sites, commercial sites, situated on main or arterial roads, modernised or not, occupied or vacant. Starting at 3 million € going up to 100 million €.

Retail property

Supermarkets, specialised warehouses or shopping centres, shopping malls, individual retail units, factory outlet centres, DIY shops, nationwide with variable residual term tenancy agreements. Starting at 5 million € going up to 100 million €.

Commercial property

With or without general leasholders, mixed-use pre-existing space, industrial estates, service real estate, gas stations, washing bays, car dealerships, nationwide. Starting at 3 million € going up to 100 million €.

Logistic property

Logistics and warehousing space across Germany, in the vicinity of federal highways and motorways with development and expandability potential and financeable lessees. Starting at 5 million € going up to 100 million €.

Nursing homes/ Clinics

Nursing homes/ clinics as well as care homes and senior residences with a minimum of 50 rooms, on prime locations with financeable lessees. Alongside nursing homes to purchase, we are on the lookout for renowned operators for a number of bookmarked investors. Starting at 5 million € going up to 100 million €.

Hotels

From 50 rooms upwards, lease contracts with lessees with excellent credit rating, nationwide, management contracts only on exposed locations. Starting at 5 million € going up to 200 million €.
